Why Coaching?

Coaching is a great path for those aspiring to live a more fulfilling, balanced and purposeful life. You might consider coaching if you're looking to:

  • Expand your possibilities

  • Make a big change

  • Align your actions and behaviors with your aspirations and values

  • Make conscious, intentional choices at work and at home

  • Deepen your discovery of what you want...and make progress toward that lifestyle

  • To achieve a goal when something’s stopping you

  • Be held accountable to act on what YOU want

How I Coach

I take a strengths-based, co-active approach to working with people. Translation: I connect you to your strengths, talents and inner reserves to help you take intentional steps toward your dreams. The result? You thrive.

I view all of my clients as naturally whole, creative and resourceful; NOT a problem to fix. You have wisdom in your brain, heart, body and spirit that is valuable to tap into. In coaching, you will deepen your learning and forward your action. You have the answers; I’ll help you find them.

Who I Coach

I work with a diverse clientele, including leaders seeking better balance, career changers hoping to find their calling, professionals struggling to a make a change and aspiring entrepreneurs dreaming of launching their own businesses.

What my clients have in common is that they all want MORE. They want to squeeze the most out of life and exceed their wildest dreams. They are bright and open-minded. They know there is more out there for them. They don’t just want to achieve goals, but surpass them and make a genuine, lasting impact on the world. They constantly look for the next opportunity to take their careers to the next level. They want their work to align with their passion, their calling. They are experiencing, leading or considering a big change. They take on more, at work and at home, but need to invest in themselves to really be their best. Sound like you?

What Coaching Is… And What It Is Not

Imagine a therapist, consultant, mentor and coach approach you and teach you how to ride a bike. The therapist may start by asking you about the prior associations you have with the bike. The consultant may provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to ride a bike. The mentor may hop on a bike next to you and say, “Hey, follow me! I’ll show you the way.” And a coach will say, “Alright, now hop on the bike. I’ll walk alongside you until you can do it on your own.”
